One Welcome Centre – Two Complementary Forms of Support
UR Conference Welcome Centre combines two complementary solutions designed for international conference participants, researchers, organisers and academic partners:

Virtual UR CWC – digital access to information and resources.
Mobile UR CWC – access to UR Conference Welcome Centre directly in the conference space.

Together, they connect the online information environment with on-site conference support.
This mirrors the project concept in which the Virtual and Mobile components form two complementary elements of UR Conference Welcome Centre.

Virtual UR Conference Welcome Centre
Virtual UR CWC is a digital space designed primarily for international conference participants, researchers, conference organisers and academic partners.

It provides access to:

  • information on international scientific conferences organised at the University of Rzeszów;
  • the UR Networking Conference Series;
  • information for conference participants;
  • the UR CWC e-catalogue;
  • digital information and promotional materials;
  • conference publications and post-conference materials;
  • the FUTURA newsletter archive;
  • links to current University resources.

Mobile UR Conference Welcome Centre
Mobile UR CWC brings the Conference Welcome Centre directly into the conference environment.

It supports participants with:

  • orientation and access to key information;
  • access to UR CWC digital resources;
  • guidance towards relevant University information;
  • access to the e-catalogue and other digital materials;
  • access to Virtual UR CWC resources during the event.

Depending on how a particular conference is organised, Mobile UR CWC may also support participant registration and information services.
The solution is intended both for the UR Networking Conference Series and for other international scientific conferences organised at the University of Rzeszów.

From Mobile to Virtual
Mobile and Virtual UR CWC are designed to work together.

A participant may encounter UR CWC physically during a conference and continue using its digital resources during or after the event.
