
All congress delegates must register on-line through this website. If there are problems with on-line registration, please contact the secretariat by e-mail ([email protected]) for instructions and to receive a printable registration form. E-mail registration is only acceptable in special cases.
The registration will be confirmed both by an e-mail when your registration is received and a detailed confirmation letter sent by e-mail once the registration details have been processed.

IMACSSS Meeting / General Assembly – dues payment membership fee required to attend the meeting. Members in good standing can attend it for free.
The conference fee includes: all Congress sessions, workshops and events, coffee breaks, lunch, Congress materials (a satchel, abstracts,…), one reception.
Cancellation/Refund policy:
Cancellations received before 10 September, 2022 - a 50% refund of fees.

The participant and student fees cover the following:
- The congress programme
- Lunches and coffees
- Banquet, Dinner
- The congress materials (offcial programme and Book of Abstracts)
- Participation in workshops
Substituting the participant with another person is acceptable provided that a written notification will be sent to the congress secretariat no later than one week before the congress.

You must provide the:
1. The entity for which you want to invoice.
2. The name of the person for which you want the invoice.
3. Tax Identity Number.
4. Day and the amount of the payment of the deposit.
