Cultural and Educational Center "Resovia Saltans"

The center trains students in the field of dance art, equipping them with knowledge and practical skills passed on by professionally educated staff. Students and graduates of various fields of study can develop their dance, vocal and instrumental-musical skills at the center. Many of them gain additional education in the field of broadly understood dance culture, while participating in classes.

The center prepares young people for post-graduate and instructor qualification courses in dance and choreography:

  - „Managing Dance Bands", specializing in "Polish Dances" and " Contemporary Dance”.

The Resovia Saltans Song and Dance Ensemble operates within the center. It brings together University students from all fields of study, interested not only in dancing, singing and developing the aesthetics of movement, but also in promoting Polish traditions and national culture. By presenting Polish folklore, the dancers of "Resovia Saltans" serve not only as ambassadors of Polish culture, beautifully showcasing the University of Rzeszów nationwide but also abroad during the World Folklore Festivals in which the band regularly participates.
