is a public institution in Preszov (Slovakia) that freely carries out creative scientific, educational, artistic, and cultural activities. Teaching activities at the university are based on the latest findings in science, including the results of its own scientific research. The university is responsible for the development of education in the spirit of the values of democracy, humanism and tolerance and guides students towards creative, critical, and independent thinking, healthy self-esteem, understanding, preservation, dissemination and enhancement of national cultural heritage and diverse cultures in the spirit of cultural pluralism. The University of Presov cooperates with domestic and foreign universities, scientific and research institutions, and other legal entities, supports joint international projects, and creates conditions for the participation of members of the academic community in this cooperation. The institution is a member of Danube Rectors Conference, the European Universities Association and the National Rectors Conference with the main aim to promote a unified system of higher education in Europe. The university has an 8-faculty structure and offers bachelor's, master's and doctoral studies, in full-time and part-time forms. The university focuses on innovative teaching techniques. The university caters for training highly qualified professionals, while developing creative and critical thinking, learning, understanding, and stimulating personal involvement. Particular attention is paid to the students with special needs and likewise to the talented students who are supported through the system of incentive scholarships. The University of Prešov represents a major research center. It has the potential and experience to successfully implement a joint venture. University employees have experience in implementing projects such as: ”Healthy Smile” with a very positive response from the public, especially preschool children. Other projects: VEGA, KEGA, ERASMUS+ KA2 Cooperation for innovation and the exchange of good practices, Project co-financed by EU from the European Regional Development Fund through the Euroregion "Tatry" within the Cross-border Cooperation Programme Poland-Slovak Republic, GEOREGNET (CEEPUS), Tatra banka Foundation grant programme "Quality of Education", with a very positive response from the public.

Jan Evangelista Purkyně University in Ústí nad Labem https://www.ujep.cz/en/

is a public university in Ústí nad Labem in the Czech Republic. The institution was established on 28 September 1991. It bears the name of famous Czech scientist Jan Evangelista Purkyně who was born in nearby Libochovice. About 8,500 students are studying at the university. UJEP has around 900 employees. There are 8 faculties at the University, including the Faculty of Health Sciences, the Faculty of Education, the Faculty of Environmental Protection, the Faculty of Natural Sciences, the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, the Faculty of Art and Design, the Faculty of Humanities, and the Faculty of Social and Economic Sciences. University represents a major research center. It has the potential and experience to successfully implement a joint venture. Currently employers of the Jan Evangelista Purkyně University have been implementing the E-NUREMS being a project carried out under the Erasmus+ Program: Strategic Partnerships for Higher Education realized by three universities from Central Europe. Other grant projects: OP TAK - Assistive technology for physiotherapists, DIGITECH, KÚÚK - Ústí Region Fund , IGA FZS, i.e. Undergraduate teacher training at the UJEP FZS focused on the use of didactic games in the teaching of professional subjects related to the issue of health and disease prevention, SOMA: Physical health care project and training of independent living skills.
