Admission criteria

- Applicants are assessed based on results from two selected subjects:
  biology, chemistry, physics, or mathematics
  (or equivalent subjects for international candidates).

- A minimum English language proficiency level of B2 is required.

Scoring System:

  • Basic level: 1% = 1 point
  • Advanced level: 1% = 2 points

Only written results from final secondary school examinations are considered.

Dear Applicants,

If you are applying for a temporary residence permit to start your studies, please make sure to enter the following email address when registering in the MOS (Case Handling Module) system: mos@ur.edu.pl

Messages sent to this address will be regularly monitored by University staff and forwarded to the appropriate unit responsible for your studies.

Please remember to submit your application well in advance. The application process in the MOS system can only be completed after the University signs the required attachment to the application form.

Please also remember that your application must be submitted before your current legal stay in Poland expires.

What does the application process look like?

  • The applicant registers the application in the MOS system, fills in their personal data, and provides the following email address: mos@ur.edu.pl
  • A link to the section of the form containing the attachment to be completed by the University will be sent to the provided email address.
  • The link will be forwarded to the appropriate Faculty responsible for the applicant’s programme.
  • Persons authorized by the Rector complete and sign the attachment using an electronic signature.
  • After signing, the document is automatically attached to the application in the MOS system.
  • The applicant receives an email notification informing them that the application process in the MOS system can now be completed.
