ACCOMMODATION

The conference fee does not include the cost of accommodation. There are three hotels which are in the vicinity of the conference venue, mainly:

·        Hotel Prezydencki https://hoteleprezydenckie.pl/en/ (3-star and 4-star options, a 5-minute walk from the UR), which offers a 10% discount for the participants of our conference (the number of rooms with the discount is limited and they can be booked on the “first come first served” principle);

·        Hilton Garden Inn Rzeszów https://www.hilton.com/en/hotels/rzegigi-hilton-garden-inn-rzeszow/ (virtually opposite the street from the conference venue)

·        Grein Hotel Rzeszów http://www.greinhotel.pl/  (ca. 15-minute walk from the UR)

TRAVEL

The airport is located in Jasionka, but the number of destinations you can fly to is rather limited. There is a bus service, (number 51) running between the airport and the city centre.

Tickets can be purchased from:

• the authorized ticket machine in Passenger Terminal (payment in cash, only in PLN or with credit card or debit card in the machine)
• the authorized ticket machine found on 51 line busses (payment in cash, only in PLN or with credit card or debit card in the machine)

Tickets can be purchased from the bus driver (payment in cash, only in PLN)

There is also a POLREGIO train service from the Airport to the central train station.

You can get to the University Rejtana Campus by a number of buses stopping either at Rejtana (Uniwersytet) or Kopisto (Uniwersytet). Bus 0B will take you from the train station to the campus the shortest way. Tickets can be bought at “Biletomat” found at a some bus stops, or on the bus.
