Step-by-step recruitment process

STEP-BY-STEP ADMISSION PROCESS FOR CANDIDATES APPLYING TO ENGLISH-TAUGHT FIRST CYCLE, SECOND-CYCLE, AND LONG-CYCLE MASTERS'S DEGREE PROGRAMMES.

Step 1. Create an individual account in the university’s recruitment system. Remember that you do not need to create a new account each time if you are applying for more than one study programme.

Step 2. Enter your personal information.

Step 3. Choose your field of study, enter your educational background details (e.g. secondary school leaving exam, bachelor’s degree), and upload a photo sized 35 × 45 mm. The minimum photo size is 472 × 590 px, and the maximum file size is 5124 KB.

Step 4. Pay the admission fee.

Step 5. If you hold a Polish or Ukrainian secondary school leaving certificate – add your Polish or Ukrainian matura results in the applicant grades section and complete your exam results.

If you hold a foreign secondary school leaving certificate other than Polish, Ukrainian, or a foreign diploma – upload scanned copies of the required documents under the “Attachments” section for your chosen programme, or submit them in person (copies together with originals for verification) to the Faculty Recruitment Team – check which documents are required in your case.

Step 6. If your document requires NAWA recognition statement, take the knowledge verification exam in the scope necessary to undertake studies in the chosen field.

Step 7. Check your admission results in the recruitment system (check your status next to the programme). If your status is “qualified,” submit your documents* to the Faculty Recruitment Teams. This will confirm your acceptance of the offer and enrolment in the programme.

Remember to complete all steps within the specified deadlines – the admissions schedule is available here.

*Applicants holding foreign documents – register in the recruitment system and upload scanned copies of the required documents. If scans are uploaded to the system, originals must be submitted to the Faculty Recruitment Team by the indicated date in the message received in the recruitment system.
