When will the registration for programmes conducted in English at the University of Rzeszów begin?
What should I do if I have forgotten the password to my personal registration account?
You should use the password recovery function located below the login window. A new password will be generated and automatically sent to the email address provided by the candidate in their personal details.

How many study programmes can I apply for at the University of Rzeszów?
There is no limit to the number of programmes you can apply for at the University of Rzeszów. However, you should remember that if a candidate applies for admission to several programmes, they must pay a fee for each of them.
Are all English-taught programmes at the University of Rzeszów tuition-based?
All English-taught programmes at the University of Rzeszów are tuition-based for all candidates. Fees are charged in accordance with the annexes to the regulation on fees for educational services, available on the university’s website.
What is the application fee for studies in the 2026/2027 academic year?
Pursuant to the regulation of the Minister of Science and Higher Education concerning studies, the admission fee chargeable is:

If I apply for several study programmes, do I have to pay multiple application fees or is one fee enough?
A candidate applying for admission to several study programmes pays an application fee for each programme separately or makes a single payment equal to the total sum of all required fees. An individual account number is assigned to each candidate’s account.
What is the difference between a compulsory subject and an additional subject?
A compulsory subject is a subject required in the admissions procedure. If this subject is not listed on the secondary school leaving certificate/maturity certificate, the candidate is not allowed to take part in the university admission process.
An additional subject is an optional subject in the admissions procedure. If a specified additional subject is not listed on the secondary school leaving certificate/maturity certificate, the candidate receives zero (0) points for this subject in the admissions process, but this does not exclude them from further participation in the qualification procedure.
What documents are required in the admission process for studies at the University of Rzeszów?

Is an apostille required on the documents?
The absence of an apostille on the documents submitted by the candidate does not constitute a formal deficiency and therefore does not exclude the candidate from the admission process.
Does an underage candidate submit the documents on their own, or must they be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian?
A candidate who is not yet of legal age on the day of submitting documents must come with a parent or legal guardian and have a completed statement expressing the consent of the parents/legal guardians for the candidate to take part in the admission process and to undertake studies as a minor. Is it mandatory to upload a photo for the electronic student ID card?
Uploading a photo is mandatory, as this photo will be printed on the application generated from the candidate’s account and will also be used for the electronic student ID card.
What level of English language proficiency is required?
A document confirming knowledge of the English language at a level not lower than B2 is required, in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Science and Higher Education on the types of documents confirming knowledge of the language in which studies are conducted.

For which programmes are medical examinations required?
Medical examinations are required for candidates applying for admission to the following programmes:
- Physiotherapy,
- Medicine.
When and where can I obtain a referral to an occupational medicine doctor?
Candidates are required to submit a complete set of documents (including a medical certificate confirming no contraindications to studying in a given programme) within the deadline specified in the admission schedule. The medical examination must be carried out by a Polish occupational medicine doctor based on a named referral, which is generated automatically after obtaining the status ‘qualified’ in the candidate’s individual account in the University Admissions System. On the back of the referral, there is a list of Voivodeship Occupational Medicine Centres where the examination can be performed free of charge. It is also possible to have the examination done at an occupational medicine unit in Poland not included on the list – in such a case, the candidate pays for the examination.
In justified cases, the referral for the examination may be obtained earlier by submitting an application for its issuance to the Central Recruitment Committee in person. The application form for the medical referral is available here.
When should the documents be submitted to the university?
The candidate is required to submit documents to the university after obtaining the ‘qualified’ status. You will then receive information from the faculty recruitment team regarding the date and place of submitting the documents.
Does the University of Rzeszów provide student dormitories?
Yes, it is possible to be accommodated in one of the five student dormitories. Detailed information on this topic can be found on the University’s website under the ‘Education’ section → ‘Accomodation’ → 'Student Dormitories'.
From which candidates is a NAWA recognition statement required?
Foreign certificates and diplomas that are not automatically recognized in Poland by operation of law require the submission of an additional document confirming the possibility of applying for admission to studies in Poland.

Please note that all candidates who are required to submit a recognition statement are obliged to take a test of knowledge necessary to undertake studies at the University of Rzeszów.
For candidates from which countries is a document confirming knowledge of the English language not required?
A document confirming knowledge of the language is NOT required from EU citizens within the meaning of Article 2 point 3 of the Act of 14 July 2006 on the entry into, stay in, and departure from the territory of the Republic of Poland of citizens of EU Member States and their family members.
An EU citizen, in accordance with the Act on entry into the territory of the Republic of Poland, is a foreigner who is:
- a citizen of an EU Member State: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Spain, the Netherlands, Ireland, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Latvia, Malta, Germany, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Hungary, Italy
- a citizen of a European Free Trade Association (EFTA) Member State: Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein
- a citizen of the Swiss Confederation
