Bachelor’s degree programmes and long-cycle Master’s degree programmes
Candidates with an International or European Baccalaureate (IB/EB)
- Application for admission to studies
- IB/EB secondary school diploma
- If you have not yet received your diploma, you should submit the so-called predicted IB/EB results or English, or a certificate confirming your exam results issued by the school where you took the examination.
An admitted candidate is required to submit the IB/EB diploma together with its translation by 22 September. - Declaration of submitting the IB/EB diploma – if, during the admission process, you submitted predicted results or a certificate confirming your exam results.
- Consent of your parents or legal guardians to undertake studies at the University of Rzeszów – if you are under 18 years old (together with the relevant attachments).
Candidates with a Ukrainian secondary school leaving certificate
- Application for admission to studies
- Certificate of Complete General Secondary Education or another document recognized in the Republic of Poland as a document entitling the holder to apply for admission to higher education studies.
- A translation of the certificate prepared by a sworn translator entered on the list of Polish sworn translators, or by a foreign translator and certified by the competent Consul of the Republic of Poland.
- Supplement to the Certificate of Complete General Secondary Education
- Certified translation of the supplement to the Certificate of Complete General Secondary Education
- A document confirming proficiency in English at a minimum B2 level – applies to foreign candidates.
- Consent of your parents or legal guardians to undertake studies at the University of Rzeszów – if you are under 18 years old (together with the relevant attachments).
Candidates with a foreign secondary school leaving certificate
- Application for admission to studies
- A secondary school certificate or another document recognized in the Republic of Poland as a document entitling the holder to apply for admission to higher education studies.
- A translation of the certificate prepared by a sworn translator entered on the list of Polish sworn translators, or by a foreign translator and certified by the competent Consul of the Republic of Poland.
- A document confirming proficiency in English at a minimum B2 level – applicable to foreign candidates.
- Consent of your parents or legal guardians to undertake studies at the University of Rzeszów – if you are under 18 years old (together with the relevant attachments).
- Recognition statement issued by the Director of NAWA (if applicable).
Master’s degree programmes
International candidates with a foreign diploma
- Application form with a photo generated from the recruitment system, signed by hand.
- Diploma of completion of higher education (referred to in Article 69(3) in connection with Article 326(1) and Article 327(1–3) of the Act on Higher Education and Science) entitling the holder to undertake second-cycle (Master’s) studies in Poland, together with a translation into Polish or English prepared by a sworn translator entered on the list of Polish sworn translators or by a foreign translator and certified by the competent Consul of the Republic of Poland, if the document was issued in a foreign language – a photocopy and the original for inspection.
- Information issued by the Director of NAWA – if applicable.
- Copy of documents enabling the evaluation of the course and duration of studies, e.g. diploma supplement, transcript of records, student record book (index) or another relevant document – original for inspection.
- Document confirming proficiency in English at a minimum level of B2 – if applicable (photocopy and original for inspection).
If you are applying on the basis of a certificate issued by the Dean’s Office, the Bachelor’s degree diploma must be submitted immediately after it is received.
In the case of documents obtained abroad, the University may require the applicant to provide a certificate confirming that the diploma of higher education entitles the holder to undertake second-cycle (Master’s) studies in the country where it was issued (if such information is not included in the document authorizing the holder to undertake studies). The University may also request information about the grading scale used in the documents mentioned above.
IMPORTANT! Foreigners and Polish citizens holding foreign educational documents must **register in the recruitment system and upload scans of the required documents. If scans of the documents are uploaded to the system, the original documents must be submitted to the Faculty Recruitment Committee within the document submission deadline specified in the recruitment schedule or to the Dean’s Office immediately after the start of studies for verification.
