Wolne terminy bezpłatnych konsultacji prawnych dla studentów zagranicznych – Academia Law Hub
Szanowni Państwo,
uprzejmie informujemy, że w ramach projektu „Academia Law Hub” nadal dostępne są wolne terminy bezpłatnych indywidualnych konsultacji prawnych dla studentów i studentek zagranicznych – od 10 października do 13 listopada 2026 r.
Projekt „Academia Law Hub” jest współfinansowany ze środków Ministerstwa Nauki i Szkolnictwa Wyższego w ramach konkursu „Organizowanie i animowanie działań na rzecz środowiska akademickiego 2026”.
Konsultacje skierowane są do osób studiujących w Polsce, które potrzebują wsparcia m.in. w zakresie praw i obowiązków studenta, procedur akademickich, regulaminów uczelni, zaliczeń i egzaminów, procedur odwoławczych, świadczeń oraz innych kwestii związanych z funkcjonowaniem w polskim systemie szkolnictwa wyższego.
Spotkania prowadzone są przez ekspertów specjalizujących się w prawie szkolnictwa wyższego i nauki – mgr Przemysława Mroczkowskiego oraz mgr Ewelinę Tomczyk.
Konsultacje odbywają się online za pośrednictwem Google Meet, mają charakter indywidualny i są całkowicie bezpłatne.
Będziemy bardzo wdzięczni za przekazanie informacji o dostępnych terminach studentom i studentkom zagranicznym za pośrednictwem kanałów komunikacyjnych Państwa Uczelni.

Free legal consultations for international students in Poland – Academia Law Hub project
Are you an international student studying in Poland, and do you have questions about your rights, university procedures, or academic regulations?
The Academia Law Hub project offers free individual legal consultations for international students who would like to better understand the Polish higher education and science system and learn how to effectively exercise their rights.
During the consultations, you can receive support regarding:
- your rights and obligations as a student,
- university regulations and internal academic procedures,
- exams, credits, study progress, and appeal procedures,
- scholarships and available forms of support,
- practical legal questions related to studying in Poland,
- challenges connected with functioning within the academic environment.
The consultations are conducted by experts in higher education law, with academic and practical experience in supporting students and doctoral candidates.
👨⚖️ mgr Przemysław Mroczkowski
Lawyer and economist, PhD candidate at the University of Warsaw, specialist in administrative law and higher education law. Author of more than 20 scientific publications, including co-author of a commentary to the Law on Higher Education and Science. Former Chair of the Doctoral Students’ Council of the University of Warsaw and experienced expert supporting academic communities.
👩⚖️ mgr Ewelina Tomczyk
Lawyer, PhD candidate and researcher at the University of Wrocław. Author of publications concerning civil procedure, international law, and higher education law. Experienced in academic governance and doctoral representation structures, including activities within the Polish National Association of Doctoral Candidates (KRD).
