Dear Students and Doctoral Candidates,

We would like to invite you to take part in a nationwide survey on the legal rights and obligations of international students and doctoral candidates in Poland, and on the support they need.

The survey asks how well you know the legal rights and obligations that apply to your studies, what practical difficulties you have encountered at your institution, for example with language barriers, official documents or administrative procedures, and what kind of support would help you most. The results will provide the basis for a report with recommendations addressed to the Ministry of Science and Higher Education, university rectors’ offices and doctoral schools.

The survey is in English, it is fully anonymous and it takes about 10 minutes to complete. It will be open until 30 September 2026.
