Uzyskała tytuł doktora w zakresie językoznawstwa w Uniwersytecie Marii Cure-Skłodowskiej w Lubinie w roku 2008. Jej badania naukowe skupiają się na nauczaniu wymowy języka angielskiego oraz postaw wobec akcentów.

Pełni funkcję koordynatorem Erasmus Filologii Angielskiej, UR.
