FASON: Academic Sport and Science Festival
First-year student Brian Okafor represented Media, Visual and Social Communication in the University of Rzeszów's team at FASON, the Festival of Academic Sport and Science, held from 9 to 11 June 2026 in Rzeszów.
PROM: Vienna Academic Mobility
From 25 to 29 May 2026, a delegation of first- and second-year MVSC students travelled to Vienna as part of "PROM: Short-Term Academic Exchange," a mobility programme co-financed under FERS and led on this trip by dr Magdalena Trinder and dr Donald Trinder.
Sports Day
Students from the University of Rzeszów's English-language programmes joined Erasmus+ students on the playing field for Sports Day, one of the calendar's regular fixtures for getting different groups out of the classroom and onto the same pitch.
Zwolnieni z Teorii: scrolluj_świadomie
First-year MVSC students built scrolluj_świadomie ("scroll consciously") as part of "Zwolnieni z Teorii," the nationwide olympiad that has student teams design and run a real social campaign rather than simply write about one.
MVSC at UR Open Day
At the University of Rzeszów's Open Day, held on 25 March 2026 alongside the 17th University Job Fair in building A0, first-year MVSC students stepped into the role of ambassadors for the programme.
Christmas Party
URVoice 2025 wound down into something warmer: a Christmas gathering at Klub Pod Palmą, where the formality of the conference gave way to shared plates, games and easy conversation.
URVoice: "empowering students, connecting worlds"
On 11 December 2025 at 10:15 AM in Aula Kula, MVSC's own Community Connect initiative hosted "URVoice 2025: empowering students, connecting worlds," an interdisciplinary conference bringing together students and doctoral candidates from across the University of Rzeszów to present research, swap experience and build academic connections in English.

Global Partners in Education (GPE)
MVSC joined the pilot edition of Global Partners in Education (GPE), an international programme led by East Carolina University (USA) that connects students worldwide around the shared theme of Global Understanding.
Erasmus+ "EqPay4all" with Danmar
MVSC students took part in EqPay4all, an Erasmus+ Youth project tackling the gender pay gap and the stereotypes behind it, run together with Rzeszów partner Danmar.
International Visegrad Fund
Rzeszów University took an active part in the international project "Empowering Youth: Democracy in Action," held from 7 to 13 December 2024 and bringing together students from Poland, the Czech Republic and Ukraine.
