First-year MVSC students built scrolluj_świadomie ("scroll consciously") as part of "Zwolnieni z Teorii," the nationwide olympiad that has student teams design and run a real social campaign rather than simply write about one. Working as a team from concept through to execution, the students planned messaging, visuals and outreach aimed at promoting mindful, healthier habits around social media use among their peers. The project took the theory they're learning in seminars and turned it into something the wider public could actually use: a campaign about screen time and digital wellbeing, made by students who spend as much time online as anyone. It gave the group a genuine first taste of applied communication work, from strategy to delivery, under competition conditions.
