1.  The ON-LINE Application Form:

                ON-LINE Application Form - Long-term mobility (min. 2 months)          ON-LINE Application Form - Short-term mobility (max. 30 days)

2.  Learning Agreement::

             - OLA - you should fill in the LA via EU system Online Learning Agreement (OLA) or paper version of the LA of your home University - applies to students from EU countries and Turkey 

            - Learning Agreement - applies to students from other countries

                         LA - Long-term mobility (min. 2 months)            LA - Short-term mobility (max. 30 days)

To fill in the LA you  should:

            - choose courses to study at the University of Rzeszów from list of courses taught in English in 2026/2027

           - in the signatures field, enter the details of the relevant coordinator (Responsible person) of your  home University and the departmental coordinator (Responsible person of the field of study at the University of Rzeszów).

If you have questions regarding the courses, please contact the coordinator directly.

It is recommended to choose courses for a total of 30 ECTS per semester.

1.  The ON-LINE Application Form, print, sign by yourself and by the responsible person of your home University (Sending Institution)

2. Learning Agreement – you should prepare LA together with your Erasmus+ Coordinator of your University. You should choose one of the following:
