Spring and Easter Traditions
The Erasmus student meeting focused on the theme of Easter and the rich variety of spring traditions in Poland. The event began with a presentation on Polish Easter customs, giving participants valuable insight into local traditions and their cultural significance.
Following the presentation, students from the Media, Visual and Social Communication program organized an interactive quiz based on the discussed topics, adding a lively element of competition and entertainment. Participants also had the opportunity to share Easter traditions from their home countries, including Italy, Turkey, and Albania, which fostered a meaningful and engaging cultural exchange.
After the educational segment, the event transitioned into a more informal gathering, featuring a selection of traditional Polish Easter dishes. This provided not only a chance to experience local cuisine but also to enjoy relaxed conversations and strengthen connections among participants. In a warm and welcoming atmosphere, students then took part in an Integration Bingo game, designed to encourage interaction and build new relationships in a fun and engaging way.
The event concluded with a creative Easter egg decorating activity. Participants competed in two categories: “International Easter Egg” and “Polish Easter Egg.” The most outstanding designs were recognized, and two participants were awarded small gifts from the university.
Overall, the event was filled with joy, laughter, and a vibrant, positive atmosphere, making it a memorable experience for everyone involved.
