On 28 July 2025, a ceremonial meeting was held in the Senate Hall of the University of Rzeszów between the Rector, Professor Adam Reich, and staff members who are concluding their professional careers this year and entering a well-deserved retirement.

During the event, the Rector expressed heartfelt thanks for the many years of dedicated service and commitment to the development of the University. In his address to those gathered, he emphasised how vital their work and experience have been to the functioning of the institution. Among the retirees were academic teachers as well as administrative and support staff.

The meeting provided an opportunity for shared reflection, a symbolic farewell, and an expression of appreciation for the long-serving employees who have contributed to the history of the University of Rzeszów.
