On 21 October 2025, two cooperation agreements were signed between the University of Rzeszów and Estrada Rzeszowska. The documents were signed by Professor Adam Reich, Rector of the University of Rzeszów, and Marcin Dziedzic, Director of Estrada Rzeszowska.

Partnership with the Faculty of Fine Arts

The first agreement concerns cooperation with the University’s Faculty of Fine Arts. It provides for joint activities in the field of arts education, scholarly and creative work, and projects promoting art and culture.

The cooperation will include, among other things:

– exchanging experience and delivering joint artistic and graphic projects;
– organising workshops, exhibitions and competitions;
– consulting curriculum design with regard to labour market needs;
– offering student placements and internships;
– delivering themed lectures, mentoring and the participation of experts in industry competitions;
– graphic design and promotional activities carried out jointly with the University.

Patronage of the Cultural Studies Degree Programme

The second agreement concerns Estrada Rzeszowska’s patronage of the Cultural Studies degree programme. Under this cooperation, the following are planned:

– involvement of Estrada’s experts in the development and updating of curricula;
– organising joint events to promote the programme;
– opportunities for students to undertake placements and internships;
– delivering public lectures and participating in recruitment initiatives;
– mutual support in communication and promotional activities.

Both documents confirm the intention to develop cooperation between the University and the municipal cultural institution. The joint activities aim to integrate Rzeszów’s academic and artistic communities, create space for the practical training of students, and develop initiatives that promote culture and art in the region.
