We are pleased to announce that the University of Rzeszów has received a positive evaluation from the Project Evaluation Committee (KOP) for its application for support of the project entitled “Investments in the Medical College of the University of Rzeszów for Preclinical and Clinical Education Purposes.” The application, submitted via the CST2021 system on 10 February 2025, met all horizontal and specific criteria defined under Call for Proposals KPOD.07.05-IP.10-001/25.

As a result of the evaluation process, the Minister of Health approved the list of evaluated proposals on 11 June 2025, with the University of Rzeszów's project being awarded financial support amounting to PLN 63,999,996.00. The entire funding comes from the National Recovery and Resilience Plan.

The project was submitted under Component D – “Efficiency, Accessibility, and Quality of the Healthcare System”, specifically within Investment D2.1.1 – “Investments related to the modernisation and equipping of educational facilities in response to increased medical study enrolment quotas.”

Thanks to this funding, the University of Rzeszów will significantly expand the infrastructure of its Medical College, enhancing the quality of both preclinical and clinical education for future medical professionals. The modernisation and additional equipment for educational facilities will create even better conditions for learning, practical training, and development for medical students.

This achievement marks another milestone in strengthening the University of Rzeszów’s position as a modern, fast-developing academic institution, aligned with the evolving needs of Poland’s healthcare system.
