On 22–23 September 2025, the University of Rzeszów hosted the meeting of the University Commission for Internationalisation of the Conference of Rectors of Polish Universities (KRUP).

The purpose of the meeting was to discuss the challenges facing Polish universities in the area of internationalisation. The participants debated strategies for strengthening the international presence of Polish universities, enhancing the attractiveness of educational offerings for foreign students, and developing scientific and project-based cooperation within the global academic community.

During the proceedings, emphasis was placed on the importance of partnership between universities and the exchange of best practices in the field of internationalisation. Discussions also addressed the role of internationalisation in improving the quality of education, promoting scientific achievements, and building a positive image of Polish higher education worldwide.
