On 19 May 2025, the Campus of the University of Information Technology and Management (UITM) in Kielnarowa hosted the Podkarpackie Academic Men's Beach Volleyball Championships.

The team from the University of Rzeszów put in an outstanding performance, securing 1st place in the overall team classification.
