On 26 May 2025, a cooperation agreement was signed between the University of Rzeszów and Özel Elit Grup Anatolian and Science High School (Turkey) during an official meeting in the office of the Rector of the University of Rzeszów.

The agreement was signed by Professor Adam Reich, Rector of the University of Rzeszów, and Mr Ömer Bostanci, Chair of Özel Elit Grup.

The aim of the agreement is to establish a framework for collaboration that promotes friendship, the development of cultural and educational ties, and the exchange of ideas and experiences between the two institutions.

Under the agreement, both parties have declared their willingness to undertake joint initiatives, including:

• sharing academic and teaching staff,
• cooperation between specialists in the fields of education and science,
• exchange of teaching and research resources,
• sharing of best practices in teaching methods and educational organisation,
• organisation of student exchanges for educational and cultural purposes,
• initiation of joint research and educational projects.

The signing of the Memorandum marks another important step for the University of Rzeszów in the development of international academic and educational cooperation, particularly with partners from the Middle East and Asia.
