The University of Rzeszów prepares to implement KSeF – open lecture for administrative staff
On December 1, 2025, the University of Rzeszów held an open lecture on the National e-Invoice System (KSeF). The meeting, organized on the initiative of the university authorities and the Tax Administration Chamber in Rzeszów, provided employees with key information on the new rules for issuing and settling invoices in the electronic system.
On December 1, 2025, an open lecture on the National e-Invoice System (KSeF) was held at the University of Rzeszów, organized on behalf of His Magnificence Rector Prof. Adam Reich, MD, PhD, Head of the Department of Financial Law at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Rzeszów, Prof. Elżbieta Feret, PhD, and Deputy Director of the Tax Administration Chamber in Rzeszów, Mr. Piotr Bauman. -Director of the Tax Administration Chamber in Rzeszów, Mr. Piotr Bauman. The meeting for employees responsible for receiving, issuing, and settling invoices was held in the St. Jadwiga Królowa Auditorium and was opened by the Rector, who emphasized the importance of preparing the university for changes in the invoicing system.
The lecture was given by Grzegorz Koterba, chief tax expert at the Tax Administration Chamber in Rzeszów. He discussed the most important issues related to the functioning of KSeF: introduction to the system, rules of authentication and authorization, and granting of permissions, the specifics of structured invoices, as well as tools (applications) used to operate the National e-Invoice System.
