The University of Rzeszów and the Polish Archery Association are joining forces to work together to promote the development of archery as a sport

On February 13 this year, in the office of the Rector of the University of Rzeszów, a cooperation agreement was signed between the University of Rzeszów and the Polish Archery Association.

The University of Rzeszów was represented by Prof. Adam Reich, MD, PhD, Rector of the University of Rzeszów, while the Polish Archery Association was represented by Dawid Michalski, President of the Polish Archery Association. The meeting was also attended by: Director Krzysztof Przednowek, PhD, Eng., Prof. UR, and Klementyna Polak, archery coach and employee of the University Athletics Center.

The aim of the agreement is to work together to develop the sport of archery, both in terms of sport and science. The cooperation will include conducting scientific research, undertaking joint educational initiatives, and promoting the culture of archery among the academic community.

The agreement also provides for the organization of specialist consultations and open lectures at the University of Rzeszów. These activities are intended to contribute to maximum training effectiveness and to the integration of the scientific and sporting communities.

The established cooperation is an important step towards strengthening relations between the world of science and the sports community and creating a space for the exchange of experience and knowledge in the field of modern training and sports development.
