The University of Rzeszów and the Podkarpackie Voivodeship Office Establish a Strategic Partnership
We are pleased to announce that the University of Rzeszów and the Podkarpackie Voivodeship Office in Rzeszów have entered into a formal partnership, marked by the signing of an agreement by the Rector of the University, Professor Adam Reich, and the Podkarpackie Voivode, Teresa Kubas-Hul.
The purpose of this collaboration is to jointly implement initiatives in the fields of science, education, social prevention, public safety, and the promotion of patriotic and civic values. The partnership will engage both the academic community of the University of Rzeszów and the broader regional population.
Key areas of cooperation include:
- Supporting scientific and educational initiatives, including research and implementation projects,
- Undertaking joint educational and academic ventures such as conferences, debates, and collaborative research activities,
- Shaping a positive public image of both the Voivode and the University,
- Promoting historical awareness, patriotic values, and active civic engagement,
- Facilitating internships, placements, and employment opportunities within the Podkarpackie Voivodeship Office for students and graduates of the University.
Following the ceremonial signing, Voivode Teresa Kubas-Hul also signed the Rector’s Commemorative Guest Book.
This joint initiative between the University of Rzeszów and the Podkarpackie Voivodeship Office represents a significant step toward strengthening enduring ties between the academic sphere and public administration—contributing to regional development and fostering civic involvement among the younger generation.
