On January 17, 2026, the authorities of the University of Rzeszów met with retired employees and pensioners of the University of Rzeszów. The New Year's Meeting was attended by people who, through their many years of work and commitment, have built the reputation and development of our university. His Magnificence, Prof. Adam Reich, MD, PhD, Rector of the University of Rzeszów, expressed his gratitude for their presence and conveyed his warmest New Year's wishes.

“Thank you for attending this New Year's Meeting. This year is a special year – a jubilee year in which we will celebrate the 25th anniversary of the University. These 25 years would not have been possible without your work and contribution to the creation and development of our University,” emphasized His Magnificence, Prof. Adam Reich, Rector of the University of Rzeszów.

The participants sat down to a meal together, and the ceremony was graced by artistic performances by the Resovia Saltans Song and Dance Ensemble.

The New Year's meeting became a space for joint celebration, conversation, and expression of gratitude for many years of commitment and work for the University of Rzeszów. We would like to thank everyone present for their participation and the warm atmosphere of the event, while encouraging them to participate in future initiatives organized by the University.
