On Saturday, 14th June 2025, the University of Rzeszów hosted a ceremonial graduation for the Master of Business Administration (MBA) postgraduate programme. This special event brought together graduates, lecturers, and university authorities to celebrate a shared success and the completion of another stage in our students’ educational journey.

The keynote graduation lecture was delivered by Dr Tomasz Surmacz from the Department of Marketing and Entrepreneurship at the Faculty of Economics and Finance.

A total of 24 graduates received their MBA diplomas, having spent the past months intensively developing their competencies in management, economics, finance, and leadership. Many participants combined their studies with professional responsibilities, making their achievement all the more remarkable.

"MBA studies are about developing managerial skills, leadership, teamwork, solving various problems, and building relationships," said Associate Professor Mariola Grzebyk, Vice-Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Finance.

The MBA programme at the University of Rzeszów is gaining increasing recognition among the region’s managerial staff and entrepreneurs. It is designed for leaders and professionals who wish to deepen their knowledge and skills in organisational management within a rapidly changing business environment.

"Relationships are the most valuable capital one gains during their studies. They allow you to move to a higher level—one that will yield benefits both professionally and personally," emphasised Associate Professor Bogdan Wierzbiński, Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Finance.
