We are pleased to announce that the HEI2MARKET project has been awarded funding under the 2024 call of the EIT Higher Education Initiative.
Thanks to this support and access to a broad European academic, industrial, and research community, the HEI2MARKET project has gained new momentum to accelerate its activities. The project focuses on strengthening the capacity of higher education institutions in the areas of research commercialisation, academic entrepreneurship development, and effective collaboration with the socio-economic environment.
The HEI2MARKET consortium brings together seven partners from six countries, uniting academic and business expertise.
Academic partners:
- University North (Croatia)
- University of Rzeszów (Poland)
- Mother Teresa University of Skopje (North Macedonia)
- University of Oulu (Finland)
- Marmara University (Türkiye) – acting as the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Pioneer
Business partners:
- Invento (Croatia)
- WeCreate (Bulgaria)
Cooperation within this diverse and interdisciplinary partnership enables the exchange of experience, transfer of good practices, and joint development of innovative solutions supporting the transition “from research to market.”
We are proud to join the Higher Education Initiative community. This is not only a distinction for us, but also an opportunity to strengthen the role of higher education institutions as engines of innovation and economic development.
We look to the future with enthusiasm and are already working on the implementation of concrete actions that will make a tangible impact on the European innovation ecosystem.
