We are pleased to announce that Dr Rafał Łukasiewicz from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Rzeszów has become a member of the Editorial Board for the International Federation of Fertility Societies’ (IFFS) Triennial Report 2025, as well as a member of the Jurists Special Interest Group of the IFFS.
Among the select group of scholars serving on the Editorial Board and the Jurists Special Interest Group are representatives from prestigious academic institutions, including the University of New England, Harvard Law School, Georgetown University, and Hokkaido University.
The International Federation of Fertility Societies (IFFS) is a federation of national member societies focused on the clinical and research aspects of reproduction and fertility. The IFFS is a non-governmental organisation (NGO) in official relations with the World Health Organization (WHO).
The Triennial Report is a global survey conducted every three years, initiated in 1998 by Dr Howard Jones Jr. and Jean Cohen, which assesses assisted reproductive technology (ART) practices worldwide. The IFFS invites representatives from the global ART community to provide detailed information on reproductive policy and practice in their home countries via a dedicated electronic platform. The responses are analysed by the designated Surveillance Committee and published in Global Reproductive Health. This unique report documents the evolution of ART practice, highlights local and regional differences, and reflects the ongoing international collaboration that has characterised the field since its inception.
