On 8 July 2025, a consultative meeting of the "Study in Poland" programme, jointly organised by KRASP (Conference of Rectors of Academic Schools in Poland) and the "Perspektywy" Educational Foundation, took place at the SGH Warsaw School of Economics.

This year's meeting was of particular significance to the Polish academic community in light of the entry into force of the amended visa legislation, which introduces new solutions to recruitment practices. These changes were the subject of discussion among representatives of KRASP, the Ministry of Science and Higher Education, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and NAWA, as well as consuls.

The University of Rzeszów was represented at the "Study in Poland" meeting by Ms Małgorzata Smyczek, Head of the Student Affairs and Education Office, and Ms Karolina Niemiec, Head of the Recruitment Section and Careers Office.
