- conducting research on performance practice in accordance with the stylistic conventions of specific musical eras
- building bonds between students of different years through ensemble playing
- public performances supporting the development of self-confidence and emotional regulation (stage stress management)
- activities addressed to a wider audience
- acquiring practical skills essential for a musician–teacher career
