University of Rzeszów Big Band

Developing students’ musical and artistic skills, particularly in jazz and popular music
Organizing events that promote musical culture at the university and in the region, including concerts and music workshops
Creating a space for the exchange of experience between students, lecturers, and professionals from the music industry
Providing opportunities for students to gain practical stage and organizational experience
Promoting big band jazz and popular music, as well as related musical forms
Strengthening the image of the University of Rzeszów as an institution supporting innovative artistic initiatives

Organizing concerts open to the entire academic community
Conducting workshops in ensemble performance, improvisation, composition, arrangement, and stage presence
Hosting thematic events related to jazz and popular music
Collaborating with artists, cultural institutions, and other student scientific associations
Participating in festivals, competitions, and music showcases, representing the University of Rzeszów
Creating promotional materials documenting and supporting the activities of the Society
