The Faculty of Exact and Technical Sciences invites you to a conference organized by the Małopolska Regional Development Agency. The conference is on “Renewable Energy Sources – Lower Costs and Energy Security with Favorable Financing Conditions”.

The event will focus on the economic and strategic advantages of renewable energy sources, including practical financing options and their role in enhancing energy security.

The rich conference program, which is built on the knowledge and experience of industry specialists, will allow participants to explore the benefits and principles of selecting and operating appropriate solutions for the production of electricity and heat from renewable energy sources. By reducing energy and heating costs, such investments can yield measurable financial benefits and positively impact energy security. Information about loans for renewable energy installations, offered on terms more favorable than market conditions (1% interest, de minimis aid), will be presented by the Management Board of the Regional Development Agency, which is the organizer of the event and the Financial Partner of National Development Bank for the financial instruments “the Loan for Renewable Energy Sources for Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises” and  "the Loan for Renewable Energy Sources for Entities Other Than Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises” in the Subcarpathian Voivodeship.

The moderator of the conference is dr hab. Grzegorz Wisz, prof. UR who is the Head of the Management Board of the Subcarpathian Renewable Energy Cluster. He will deliver the opening presentation, focusing on the importance of energy clusters in the context of energy security. Throughout the event, experts from various sectors of the renewable energy industry will share their practical knowledge and insights. Speakers will also present real-life case studies and experiences, highlighting the benefits achieved by clients through the implementation and management of renewable energy installations and systems.

After the lecture part of the event, there will be some time for the individual consultations with companies dealing professionally with installations for the production of electricity and heat from Renewable Energy Sources and energy storage.

In front of the entrance to the building during the conference, attendees will have the opportunity to learn about the principles of operation and use of heat pumps and biomass boilers.
