We are pleased to invite you to the international conference, Technology & People: The Future of Green Aviation, which will take place on 13th May 2026 at the headquarters of the Subcarpathian Innovation Centre in Rzeszów.

The event is organised by the Sectoral Council for Competences in the Aviation Industry and the Aviation Valley Association, with the support of the Łukasiewicz Research Network – Institute of Aviation.

The conference will focus on green technologies in the aviation sector and their implications for the development of current and future workforce competencies. Aviation industry leaders from Poland and abroad will present selected projects, while experts in human resources development will discuss the challenges currently facing the industry and the skills required to support its sustainable transformation.

Registration is open until 6 May 2026.
