Aleksandra Stasik, MSc Eng. a second-year doctoral student at the Doctoral School of the University of Rzeszów in the discipline of physical sciences, was elected Chair of the Association of Doctoral Students of Life and Natural Science Universities on 29 December 2025. In her previous activities, Aleksandra Stasik has been actively involved in organisational and self-governance initiatives, including the coordination of academic events as well as activities focused on enhancing cooperation and communication within the academic community. The organisational experience she has gained constitutes a significant foundation for performing functions at the national level. In her research work, she focuses on high-resolution molecular spectroscopy, conducting studies on the energy structure of carbon monoxide, which are used in the analysis and interpretation of astrophysical data. The Association of Doctoral Students of Life and Natural Science Universities is a nationwide representative body of the doctoral community, undertaking activities to promote inter-university cooperation, the development of doctoral students’ competencies, and the exchange of experience in the field of natural sciences.
