Mateusz Rajzer, a student of mathematics, is the winner of the Witold Wilkosz Competition of the Polish Mathematical Society for the best student work popularizing mathematics
We are very pleased to announce that Mateusz Rajzer, the second year student of second - cycle studies in the field of mathematics, has been awarded in the seventh edition of the Witold Wilkosz Competition of the Polish Mathematical Society for the best student work popularizing mathematics in 2025. He received the third degree prize for his work entitled "Diary of Inquiries about Dragons, or Equations on Dragon Wings".
The competition is organized by the Kraków Branch of the Polish Mathematical Society. More information about the competition can be found here.
