On October 29–30, 2025, the 11th Polish Clusters Congress entitled INDUSTRY AND SCIENCE FOR POLAND'S SECURITY was held at the Space Technology Park – Research, Development and Innovation Center in Zielona Góra. The Congress included 10 discussion panels, including topics such as the digitalization of the economy, cross-border cooperation, and Europe's security in the context of collaboration with the defense industry. As part of the congress, study visits were also held in the Space Technology Park in Zielona Góra in the Nowy Kisielin district and companies that belong to the Lubuski Metal Cluster. The Faculty of Exact and Technical Sciences was represented by Associate Professor Grzegorz Wisz who is the Vice-Dean for External Relations and Faculty Outreach.
