On Thursday, 21 May, as part of the Idea Zone initiative, students from our Faculty had the opportunity to visit the Podkarpackie Innovation Centre at 6 Lenartowicza Street in Rzeszów. The meeting began with a presentation on PCI Protolab’s activities. Participants learnt about the development opportunities the centre offers and how they can make use of its resources on a day-to-day basis. The students were also familiarised with the advanced equipment facilities and the zones intended for the creative work. During practical workshops led by PCI experts, they learnt the basics of 3D printing and working with epoxy resin. The PCI Protolab space and the support of its specialists are free and available to all students at any time.
