The Marshal’s Office of the Subcarpathian Region, the Faculty of Exact and Technical Sciences of the University of Rzeszów, and the Subcarpathian Renewable Energy Cluster cordially invite you to participate in the Smart Specialization Panel "The Quality of  Life" – Renewable Energy Sources", dedicated to the topic of energy transition and the development of renewable energy in the Subcarpathian region.

The event will take place on: 19th November, 2025, at the University of Rzeszów (ul. Pigonia 1, Building A0, 42 (Wing B1, ground floor)

The ongoing dialogue on the future of green transformation is especially significant for the Subcarpathian Province, which consistently develops initiatives supporting the use of renewable energy sources and increasing energy efficiency.

Thanks to the collaboration between the academic community, local governments, businesses, and civil society organizations, the region is gradually laying the foundations for sustainable development and striving to strengthen its energy resilience. The aim of the meeting is to exchange experiences, showcase best practices, and identify challenges related to technological and organizational development in the renewable energy sector.

The panel will feature speakers from academia, public administration, the business sector, and institutions supporting economic development. The programme includes:

• presentations on the region’s energy policy and the role of renewable energy sources,

• case studies on energy clusters and energy storage solutions,

• a discussion on technological innovations in the renewable energy sector.

• a networking lunch and a study visit to the laboratories of the University of Rzeszów.

The event is organized in partnership with the Faculty of Exact and Technical Sciences of the University of Rzeszów and the Subcarpathian Renewable Energy Cluster.
