We are pleased to inform you about the next stage of the development of cooperation between the University of Rzeszów and the Institute of Computer Science of the University of Rzeszów with the business community.  We have been focused on partnerships with technology market leaders for years which translate into real development opportunities for our students. One of the University's key partners is the software house CetusPro. It is a company where many students of the University of Rzeszów began their professional path during their apprenticeships and today form part of its team. Within this cooperation, we are pleased to announce the launch of the first edition of the CetusElevate mentoring programme, designed for students from the Subcarpatian region, including students of the University of Rzeszów. The CetusElevate programme is a six-month mentoring programme that enhances the university's educational offer with a practical  aspect of competence development. Participants will have the opportunity to work on real projects under the supervision of experienced practitioners including the chief executive officers, analysts and developers actively operating in the IT market. This is a great opportunity to gain practical experience and build a professional portfolio. In CetusElevate, each participant will be able to implement his or her own design ideas or develop concepts proposed by mentors. The programme emphasizes not only the development of technical skills, but also the development of business competencies. Participants will have the opportunity to learn how to build relationships with the customers and how to understand their business needs. A special attention deserves the fact that  within this edition two places are foreseen only for the students of the  University of Rzeszów. At the end of the edition, the participants will receive a certificate confirming the competences they have acquired during this programme.
