Document submission
- A person applying for admission to the UR Doctoral School is obliged to submit in the electronic version in the form of scans all required documents and additional documents as well as any materials confirming the candidate's scientific and artistic achievements (if the candidate possesses such additional achievements). All information and documents are accepted through the university's ICT system. The system will be active from from 01 August 2025 at 8am until 05 September 2025 at 3pm.
- UR Doctoral School does not accept documents submitted in paper form. The exceptions are:
- candidates in the field of artistic discipline: fine arts and art conservation - the portfolio of works can be delivered to the Secretary's Office of the UR Doctoral School in paper form, while observing the deadlines resulting from the recruitment schedule;
- candidates in the field of artistic discipline: music - recordings on an electronic medium can be delivered to the Secretary's Office of the UR Doctoral School, while observing the deadlines resulting from the recruitment schedule
- Documents submitted after the deadlines resulting from the detailed timetable of consecutive stages of the admissions procedure will not be considered.
- Candidates who have successfully passed the selection procedure and have been qualified for admission to the UR Doctoral School are obliged to provide the following documents in paper form, within the time limit resulting from the recruitment schedule:
- paper application form to the UR Doctoral School;
- required documents that the candidate has attached in the form of scans in the university's ICT system;
- other additional documents that the candidate has attached in the form of scans in the university's ICT system;
- 1 current and signed photograph of the candidate, in accordance with the requirements applicable to the issuance of identity cards or passports.
- Failure to submit documents within the specified time, or the submission of incomplete documents referred to in the preceding sentence will result in a refusal of admission to the UR Doctoral School.
- The documents are to be submitted personally at the Secretary's Office of the UR Doctoral School or sent to the address of the Secretary's Office of the UR Doctoral School (by registered post; the postmark serves as proof of the date of sending). When submitting the documents in person, it is required to present an identification document. The documents may be submitted on behalf of the candidate by a person who is legally empowered to do so.
