 List of required documents

 

FIRST DEGREE AND UNIFORM MASTER’S DEGREE STUDIES

 

Documents include:

  • an application for admission, including a form to be filled in (to be down-loaded from the admissions online platform),
  • a certificate or any other document recognized in Poland as a document entitling one to apply for admission to University (a photocopy and the original for inspection only),
  • 1 current photograph of the candidate (requirements similar to those for ID cards) and 1 e-version (uploaded by the candidate while registering on the university’s admissions platform),
  • a document confirming your knowledge of the language in which studies are conducted.

 

IN ADDITION:

  • the required documents ought to be translated by a sworn registered translator, selected from the registry of Polish sworn translators or by a foreign translator, certified by the relevant Polish Consular Office in the candidate’s country,
  • a health certificate confirming your suitability for university studies from candidates pursuing admissions to fields of study with possible contacts with substances harmful or dangerous to one’s health,
  • under aged applicants need the consent of their parents and legal guardians to undertake studies at the University of Rzeszów,
  • the original of the power of attorney from a notary public, in respect of persons acting on behalf of a candidate,
  • a document entitling you to undertake tuition-free studies at the University of Rzeszów for example.: Pole Card, permanent residence card or a certificate confirming your knowledge of the Polish language at C1 level, issued by the National Commission for the certification of one’s knowledge of the Polish language as a foreign language,
  • any other document specified in any other regulation.

 

With respect to documents obtained in a foreign country, the University may require a proof from the candidate that the said secondary school leaving certificate or international baccalaureate of certificate of graduation from University entitles him/her to undertake undergraduate studies or second degree studies, if such information is not contained in the certificate in question. The University may also request information regarding the scores contained in the aforementioned document from the candidate.

 

The registration procedure is deemed as completed when all required documents are submitted, within the deadline set for the admissions schedule for the 2021/2022 academic year, to Admissions and Students’ Career Office.

SECOND DEGREE STUDIES

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS:  

  • an application for admission, including a completed personal questionnaire (to be downloaded from the admissions online platform),
  • a certificate of graduation from university (referred to in the Article 69 (3) in connection with Article 326 (1) and Article 327 (1-3) of the Act of PSWiN), entitling one to undertake second degree (Master’s) studies in Poland (its photocopy or the original for inspection purposes),
  • a certificate or any other document acceptable in Poland as fulfilling the requirement to pursue admissions to a University (its copy or the original for inspection purposes),
  • 1 current photograph of the candidate (requirements similar to those for ID cards) and 1 e-version (uploaded by the candidate while registering on the university’s admissions platform),
  • A document confirming knowledge of the language in which teaching is conducted in the field being applied for.

 

IN ADDITION:

  • all required documents issued in foreign language ought to be translated by a sworn registered translator, selected from the registry of Polish sworn translators or by a foreign translator, certified by the relevant Polish Consular Office in the candidate’s country,
  • a health certificate confirming your suitability for university studies from candidates pursuing admissions to fields of study with possible contacts with substances harmful or dangerous to one’s health,
