Medical test of fitness


Candidates admitted for studies at the University of Rzeszów in the following fields of study are required to undergo medical examinations in order to exclude circumstances to preclude them from studies in a given field of study:

  • Electroradiology,
  • Physiotherapy,

  • Graphics,
  • Information Technology,
  • Computer Science and Econometrics,
  • Material Engineering,
  • Jazz and Popular Music,
  • Medicine,
  • Logistics in the Agri-food Sector,
  • Mechatronics,
  • Environmental Protection,
  • Renewable Energy Sources and Waste Management,
  • Eyeglass Optics,
  • Nursing,
  • Obstetrics,
  • Emergency Medical Services,
  • Agriculture,
  • Diagnostic Systems in Medicine,
  • Visual Arts,
  • Food Technology and Human Nutrition,
  • Tourism and Recreation,
  • Physical Education.



  1. Tests are performed by an occupational medical doctor on the basis of a personal referral, which is generated automatically after obtaining the status of "qualified" on the candidate's account in the University Admission Platform. The tests can be performed free of charge at the medical facilities listed in the appendix, and for a fee at any other Occupational Medical Unit in Poland.
  2. In justified cases, a referral for the examination may be obtained earlier, by submitting an application for its issuance to the Central Admission Commission in person or by e-mail to the following address: 
  3. A medical certificate stating that there are no health contraindications for studying should be submitted to the Collegiate Admission Team.
