Partnerships
The Faculty of Fine Arts pursues a development strategy that emphasises broad and effective collaboration with both internal and external partners. Our external stakeholders include institutions and organisations with which the Faculty maintains long-standing and productive relationships. Tailored to the needs and specialisations of individual departments, our partnerships encompass a diverse range of initiatives, from joint projects, student placements, and professional internships to exhibitions, competitions, open-air sessions, workshops, thematic seminars, and specialised training programmes.
For many years, the Faculty has established formal cooperation agreements with external partners, committing both parties to collaborative efforts aligned with our teaching and research mission. The cornerstones of these partnerships include:
- Providing expert review of study programmes, with particular attention to learning objectives, outcomes, and curriculum design in response to labour market demands;
- Organising and overseeing internships integrated into the curriculum;
- Undertaking joint research and creative projects;
- Analysing the employment prospects of graduates from first- and second-cycle programmes, as well as integrated master’s degrees, and supporting the monitoring of the Polish Graduate Tracking System, including employment data from partner institutions.
Regular dialogue with Faculty leadership, through thematic meetings, ensures the continuous development and enhancement of academic programmes, while also improving students’ prospects for professional integration both in Poland and abroad.
The Faculty of Fine Arts is deeply committed to engaging with the socio-economic environment, fostering collaboration with an ever-expanding network of partners. Our partners include:
- Cultural institutions, academic centres, and artistic and research organisations;
- Local government bodies;
- Private companies and enterprises offering internship opportunities and participating in research projects led by academic staff;
- Foundations and associations.
Through these collaborations, the Faculty delivers research projects, organises thematic workshops, demonstrations, open-air events, conferences, and charity auctions. We also support initiatives for individuals with disabilities and student volunteer programmes. Our partnerships further enrich the academic experience by providing specialised expertise for diploma projects and course content, ensuring our students benefit from a wide range of professional perspectives.
