Ocena biologicznego wpływu pediatrycznego suplementu diety - formulacji witaminowej

Naukowcy Wydziału Biotechnologii UR przeprowadzili badania eksperymentalne we współpracy z firmą partnerską, skupiające się na ocenie biologicznego wpływu pediatrycznego suplementu diety, formulacji witaminowej. Wyniki tych prac zostały opublikowane na łamach czasopisma International Journal for Vitamin and Nutrition Research w artykule pt. „In Vitro Assessment of a Pediatric Multivitamin Gummy Supplement: Effects on Probiotic Growth, Cellular Metabolism, and Antioxidant Activity”.

Researchers at the Faculty of Biotechnology University of Rzeszow conducted experimental studies in collaboration with a partner company, focusing on evaluating the biological impact of a pediatric dietary supplement, a vitamin formulation. The results of this work were published in the International Journal for Vitamin and Nutrition Research in an article titled “In Vitro Assessment of a Pediatric Multivitamin Gummy Supplement: Effects on Probiotic Growth, Cellular Metabolism, and Antioxidant Activity.”

The main objective of the project was to verify how a modern gummy matrix and a complex vitamin composition affect mammalian cells and probiotic microorganisms. The in vitro analyses conducted showed that the tested product is characterized by cellular safety and a lack of toxicity, while effectively supporting protection against oxidative stress. Furthermore, it was observed that the supplement's formulation stimulates the growth and proliferation of selected beneficial strains of probiotic bacteria.

The results obtained confirm that the gummy matrix does not impair the biological properties of the nutrients contained within it. The research demonstrates a synergistic effect among the individual components, making solutions of this type a valuable and safe alternative for daily supplementation.
