MVSC students took part in EqPay4all, an Erasmus+ Youth project tackling the gender pay gap and the stereotypes behind it, run together with Rzeszów partner Danmar. From 9 to 13 June 2025, Rzeszów's university district hosted the project's Learning, Teaching and Training Activity (LTTA), bringing together 26 participants from Poland, Greece, Cyprus, Latvia and Germany for a week of workshops on the roots and consequences of the pay gap. The group also worked through a "Real Talk" session led by an international partner to gather honest feedback and shape what came next, before spending the following days building a ready-to-launch digital campaign: visuals, hashtags including #EqPay4all, #EqualPayEveryDay and #FairWagesNow, and the slogan "Same Skills, Same Pay, Stop Injustice Today," all tailored for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and Facebook. The finished campaign went live across Europe that July, carrying the group's week of work in Rzeszów out to a much wider audience.
