MOS (Case Handling Module)
Dear Students, Applicants, and Doctoral Candidates,
If you're applying for a temporary residence permit to start or continue your studies, please be sure to enter the following email address when you register in the MOS (Case Handling Module) system: mos@ur.edu.pl
This address is intended for:
• applicants for studies,
• students,
• doctoral candidates.
Messages will be regularly checked by University staff and forwarded to the appropriate units responsible for conducting the studies.
Please remember to submit your application well in advance. Only after the University signs the attachment to the application form will it be possible to complete the application process in the MOS system.
Also, please remember that you must submit your application before your current legal stay in Poland ends.
What does the application process look like?
- The student, applicant, or doctoral candidate registers the application in the MOS system, fills in their personal data, and provides the e-mail address of the unit responsible for conducting the studies: mos@ur.edu.pl.
- A link to the part of the form that contains the application attachment, completed by the University, will be sent to the provided e-mail address.
- The link will be forwarded:
o to the appropriate Faculty – in the case of students and applicants for studies,
o to the Doctoral School – for doctoral candidates. - People authorized by the Rector complete and sign the attachment with an electronic signature.
- After signing, the document will automatically be attached to the application in the MOS system.
- The student, applicant, or doctoral candidate will receive an email notification informing them that they can complete the application submission process.
