Under the "Our updates" tag you will find briefly information about last updates on the Conference website.

Latest updates:

The regular registration fee is 150€, for students 100€; the late registration fee – 200€

In response to frequently heard “will it be a transmission on-line?”, we decided that the conference will be in a hybrid mode, allowing on-line participants to register for the two first days of the conference (16-17 Sep 2025) with the regular fee 100€ (students 50€, late 200€). As in physical participation, on-line participants are encouraged to submit abstracts of their presentations to be aired at the conference.

May 30 – Deadline for standard conference registration

June 30 – Deadline for Abstracts submission

June 15 – Deadline for standard conference fee payment

August 10 – Deadline for the late registration fee payment

01.10.2024: Updated the lists of speakers and of the Scientific Committee members; replaced "Framework programme" with "Thematic scope"; added "Programme schedule"

18.06.2024: We have introduced several major changes, which include:

- modifying our calendar

- Conference registration form

- providing the Framework programme, which has replaced the former "preliminary programme"

- conference Abstracts submission form

- submission form for the post Presentation -conference scientific monograph’ chapter abstracts

- details on Fees and Deadlines: the initial fee estimate had to be adjusted to price increase since the conference’s first announcement; we do not foresee any further change

- providing the banking details

- updating the list of the Scientific Committee members
