On October 3, 2025, the Faculty of Economics and Finance at the University of Rzeszów had the pleasure of hosting a delegation from the School of Public Administration, South China Agricultural University (SCAU), Guangzhou, China.

The visit took place within the framework of the newly signed Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the two institutions, aimed at fostering academic cooperation, research collaboration, and student and staff exchange.

The delegation from South China Agricultural University included:

• Prof. Tang Bin – Dean, School of Public Administration (Professor Tang Bin has been appointed as a Visiting Professor at the Faculty of Economics and Finance, University of Rzeszów )
• Assoc. Prof. Wu Yukun – Director, Department of Public Administration; Program Director of Master of Public Management (MPA)
• Assoc. Prof. Chen Yusheng – Director, Department of Social Work; Program Director of Master of Social Work (MSW)
• Assoc. Prof. Li Wei – Vice Director, Department of Land Resources Management
• Assoc. Prof. Liu Zhiming – School of Public Administration
• Hou Jianguo – Director, Research Office, School of Public Administration
• Fu Zhigang – Former Director, International Exchange Office, Guangdong Polytechnic Normal University; Team Translator

During the meeting, both sides presented their research profiles and educational programs, identifying key areas for cooperation — including public administration, social policy, peripherals areas development, and digital governance.

The visit marks an important step toward strengthening academic ties between South China Agricultural University and the University of Rzeszów, and opens new opportunities for joint research projects, faculty exchanges, and student mobility programs.
