On 28 April 2026, in response to an invitation from the school counsellor, Dr Piotr Cyrek conducted a workshop entitled “Self-Motivation for Learning as a Condition for Professional Success” for students of I LO named after ks. Stanisław Konarski in Rzeszów.

During the workshop, participants learned how internal motivation influences the development of competencies, the acquisition of knowledge, and conscious career planning. Practical methods of setting goals, managing time, and overcoming procrastination were also discussed during the meeting. The workshop helped participants realise that regular learning and commitment significantly increase their chances of future professional success.
